主要应用领域

1

闭环步进系统 

在电机上搭载高性能编码器（采用 20,000 PPR），即使在运动过程中，也可对旋转速度和位置进行精准控制，同时支持扭矩模式控制。通过编码器反馈，系统能够始终准确掌握当前位置，因此可避免失步，并可在必要时进行位置补偿。

无需增益调谐，无抖动现象 

充分利用步进电机的特性，实现快速运行，无需复杂的增益调谐即可轻松使用。
相比传统步进电机，振动与噪音更低，
并且停止时无残余振动。

扭矩（Torque）提升 

步进驱动器即使在高 RPM 转速下也能提供较高的扭矩，从而缩短加速时间；
在低速范围内，相比普通伺服电机，
可实现更大的连续输出扭矩。

快速响应速度 

步进驱动器充分发挥步进电机对指令位置的高响应与高跟随性能，因此可大幅缩短定位时间。支持间歇式超高速运行、连续旋转、正反转切换及微步驱动等多种运行方式。

高分辨率 

可根据使用需求，对定位单位进行多级细分设置，实现灵活的位置控制。

可拆卸式线缆 

电机线缆支持拆卸，并可根据需求调整线缆方向（轴端方向/轴端反方向）。可根据设备结构灵活应用，安装与管理更加便捷，
售后维护更加简单。

多通道应用（最多支持 4 轴） 

Step Driver 4X 是基于高速以太网 EtherCAT 的从站模块，可同时对 4
个轴进行独立控制。每台驱动器最多
可控制 4 台电机，并可在各轴连接
不同类型的电机，实现灵活的多轴控制。

中空轴（Hollow Shaft）电机应用 

通过采用可连接至 Step Driver 的中空轴电机，可有效降低系统成本。中空轴电机的电机轴内部为空心结构，可将线缆或管路穿过轴心进行安装和使用。
